New Programming of the RH Network

The RH Network Nicolet-Bécancour, whose mission is to enable networking and training for employees and managers in human resources, is renewing itself for a 9th year. The organizing committee presents this year a tailored program to meet the needs of professionals in the territories of the MRC of Bécancour and the MRC of Nicolet-Yamaska.

There are four training sessions and one networking activity on the program to allow members to improve their practices in human resource management. The first meeting will take place on September 30th during a training titled Addressing Employees' Psychological Distress: A Practical Guide which will be given by Monique Bessette, psychologist and speaker. The following themes throughout the year will include: Relational Skills for Managers and Team Leaders with Coefficient RH, Building Teams with Talent: Developing Your Potential with Groupe Conseils MCG, and Communication that Inspires Trust: The Challenges of Generations with Groupe Conseils MCG. The networking activity will focus on integration and how to create openness between Quebec and foreign workers.

Simply contact Valentine Roche at the SADC of Nicolet-Bécancour to become a member of the Network. 819-233-3315 ext. 2231.

In addition to the training sessions and the networking activity, the sharing of ideas and work tools will be at the heart of the meetings. These will provide participants with the opportunity to recharge professionally and access a network of contacts.

Through its activities and communication means, the RH Network Nicolet-Bécancour actively contributes to the development of the profession and the skills of its members. This network is coordinated by the SADC of Nicolet-Bécancour, in partnership with the MRC of Nicolet-Yamaska, the MRC of Bécancour, and the Services Québec office of Bécancour.
