A new cohort of Group Mentoring will be formed

The Mentoring Cell of Nicolet-Bécancour, coordinated by the SADC of Nicolet-Bécancour, offers group mentoring to entrepreneurs in the region for a 3rd year. This type of mentoring, in addition to allowing participants to exchange and share on common topics, aims to develop the full potential of entrepreneurs while creating strong networking. “Group mentoring allows to challenge the vision of the mentored entrepreneurs, to inspire them, to strengthen their confidence, and to break their isolation.” – Mentoring Network

A supportive accompaniment


The last cohort was a resounding success: the format adapts to the needs of entrepreneurs who have varied profiles and come from different sectors, and it is a strong moment of sharing. The solidarity and kindness that emerge during group meetings allow everyone to evolve in their role as an entrepreneur while being supported.


The activities of the next cohort will begin on September 24, 2022. Each meeting lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes, with 9 meetings per year led by chief mentor Danielle Gamelin. The themes of exchanges are focused on personal development and the needs of participants (leadership, priority and time management, how to sell oneself, staying motivated, setting boundaries, impostor syndrome, etc.).

Individual mentoring still available


The team of 13 mentors, from the territory, meets many needs by voluntarily supporting entrepreneurs.
