What motivated you to get involved with the SADC?
As the director of a CDC, joining an SADC allows for a broader vision that integrates both social and economic issues. I also believe it is my role to help better guide economic development projects that align with the needs of our community.

To me, this suggests a vision centered on individual progress within both the economy and the community, emphasizing skill development, equitable access to opportunities, the promotion of overall well-being, and strengthening the collective capacity to face challenges.

I have a strong ability to consolidate available resources within the territory and to build connections between various stakeholders. My commitment is driven by the desire to democratize opportunities so that everyone can contribute and flourish. In addition, my creativity allows me to find innovative solutions to the challenges we face.
