Profile
From a very young age, Stéphan developed his taste for entrepreneurship. He created multiple opportunities until he realized his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. He learned to live well and evolve with risk-taking. Starting from scratch, he became the owner of 5 Tim Hortons franchises for 15 years with a large number of employees, all in partnership with his spouse. As a young entrepreneur and young father, he managed to balance family life and professional life from the beginning and in the following years. He made it a point to be supportive of his teams and to be on the floor: collaboration and cooperation are values he has never compromised on. After facing the challenges related to the acquisition, startup, and growth of a business, Stéphan decided to sell his company. He therefore understands and masters very well the issues and questions that an entrepreneur may face at all stages of the evolution of their business until its sale or transfer of ownership.
Why become a mentor?
Given his background and having built his business over time from scratch, Stephan wanted to become a mentor to give back and to help entrepreneurs not feel isolated. He aims to support them in their multiple challenges according to the evolution of their business. It is important to him to develop entrepreneurs' confidence in their project because a solution is always possible in the face of the obstacles we encounter on our path.
