Conference by Ms. Anne-Marie Saulnierdirector of the Quebec Space for Concertation on Responsible Sourcing Practices (L'ECPAR). Anne-Marie Saulnier has been supporting public organizations and private companies in implementing responsible purchasing since 2005. She has conducted numerous feasibility studies, developed policies, and action plans for government bodies, state-owned enterprises, and large Canadian companies, after consulting and training their leaders, buyers, and suppliers based in Quebec and China. She co-founded and currently dedicates all her time to the general management of ECPAR, a network of organizations collaborating to accelerate the implementation of responsible purchasing.
