UPDATE NOVEMBER 2020 - REGIONAL ASSISTANCE AND RECOVERY FUND (FARR PDC) - PHASE 2

WORKING CAPITAL LOAN
It aims to provide emergency financial assistance (working capital loan) to businesses that are not eligible for other federal programs or that have been denied assistance under these programs, so that they can remain operational.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (non-repayable contribution)
A non-repayable contribution can also be offered for technical assistance. 

This assistance is available even if the business has received amounts from other measures of the Government of Canada.

Support measures forindividuals may also apply to your employees, for example: the employment insurance benefits (without the one-week waiting period) and the Canadian Emergency Benefit (CEB) for to name just a few.

Panierlocal.ca : Online shopping site bringing together merchants from the MRCs of Nicolet-Yamaska and Bécancour.

• Objectives: Stimulate local purchasing.
• Operation: Registration of businesses via an online form.
• Powered by: Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Cœur-du-Québec, in collaboration with volunteer citizens.

Le Panier Bleu : directory of Quebec businesses

• Objective: Stimulate local purchasing in Quebec.  
• Operation: Registration of businesses in the online directory. Reference to the online shopping site of each registered business. A search engine allows you to locate products sold by merchants.
  
• Powered by: Government of Quebec

Local Solution: Directory of Quebec businesses

• Objectives: Stimulate local purchasing in Quebec. Connect local businesses with the population currently in isolation. Raise awareness of the services offered by businesses (orders, delivery, etc.).
• Operation: Registration of the business in an online directory. Interactive map and reference to the business's website.  
• Powered by: a citizen initiative!
