ABC of bookkeeping

The ABC of bookkeeping consists of providing personalized support to the entrepreneur and/or the person responsible for accounting in order to facilitate the organization of the company's financial information, both in terms of financial situation and operational profitability. This support will help you acquire the necessary autonomy for impeccable management of your accounting.


The meetings are spread over a complete financial year and represent between 10 and 25 hours of support with an experienced consultant.  

 

Services offered


  • Assess your knowledge and goals;
  • Be accompanied during cash inflows and outflows in the different account classes and entries in the general journal;
  • Validate the information contained in the financial statements;
  • Immediately detect inconsistencies and discrepancies;
  • Control cash flows (liquidity).




As examples, the following accounting entries can be explained and verified:
 

  • Sales invoices (deposit slips: collections and accounts receivable)
  • Expense invoices (check issuance: payments and accounts payable)
  • Bank statements (bank reconciliation, deposit slips)
  • Payroll
  • Management of tax remittances and DAS
