Profile and professional journey

Louise Mc Kenzie has worked for nearly 30 years in customer service for a large telecommunications company. In 1999, she became an entrepreneur by creating Mc Kenzie & Associates with her brother Édouard Mc Kenzie II. She is recognized for her teaching skills and her ability to adapt with heart and pleasure to each person she meets. Over the years, she has developed a true passion for everything related to the human being and particularly enjoys being able to spread the power of words.

Her main asset is certainly active listening; she likes the people around her to feel the importance she places on them. This is how she can contribute to improving the soft skills and know-how of her learners.   

Why mentoring for entrepreneurs?   
For Louise, mentoring is the opportunity to leverage what she continues to learn even after four decades of serving people. Giving back, surrounded by the wonderful team of mentors at the SADC, is very stimulating for her at this precise stage of her life.
