What motivated you to get involved with the SADC?
Besides the proximity to my place of residence and the SADC's reputation as an employer of choice, the nature of the SADC's activities also appealed to me: supporting the community, its population, and its entrepreneurs to foster initiatives and propel existing projects that contribute to creating a living environment where it is good to live, where jobs are interesting, where families can engage in suitable and diverse activities, and where businesses are supported to ensure their sustainability.

What does the SADC mission “Investing in people” mean to you?

This means that to support the community and its businesses, we must first care about the people who are the driving force behind these organizations. We must ensure that these individuals are equipped, supported, and accompanied so that they are well and thus, the organizations they contribute to establishing and growing are stronger and better guided to successfully carry out their own mission.

Versatility
Planning skills
